Gymnastic exercises in preschool age are extremely important because they affect the comprehensive development of a child. Exercises in corrective gymnastics organized in our kindergarten are aimed at developing the habit of correct posture in children: during physical games and corrective exercises, children learn about their own body, discover the differences between correct and incorrect posture. They will learn the positions in which you can relax with the benefit of the corrective effects. During the exercises, the muscles responsible for the correct posture are strengthened – mainly the back and abdominal muscles, stabilizing the spine and the plantar muscles of the foot, which are mainly responsible for flat feet. Through activities, children also develop memory, concentration and perceptiveness skills.
